TGIF! (Anyone else with me on that?). It’s been an exceptionally long and sleep-deprived week for me. Partly due to the changing seasons – darn those seasonal allergies – partly due to my penchant for trying to do too many things at once and, partly, because the body is willing, but the mind just won’t shut off! Argh. But heck, it’s all behind me now, and time to look forward. Upward and onward, and onto this weekend’s Sweet Inspiration Link Party. So glad you’re back 🙂 And for anyone new to the party – Welcome!

Anyone who has had to deal with the grief of losing a pet will appreciate this post by Emily of 2 Dishing Divas. Emily has written a touching tribute to her little fur-baby who gave the family so much joy and love. As the mommy of two little fur-babies myself, both of whom have passed away, I appreciated Emily’s post as it made me, in some small way, share in her grief and her appreciation of the gifts God gives us, gifts to appreciate and gifts to cherish.
