I’m not one for using lots of labels. Organized chaos is often my modus operandi. But now that I’ve set up a genuine craft room in our basement (check out my Facebook Live tour HERE –> Tour My New Craft Space – With Full Resource List), I figured it’s time to get serious about keeping things organized. So, I’ve made some editable craft room organization labels to use for all my bins, boxes and drawers. And, well, I thought you all could use some FREE label templates, too 🙂
PLUS, I’ve added bonus sheets to this FREEBIE that includes checklists for your inventory, your craft projects, and wish lists, too 🙂. And if THAT wasn’t enough, I added two colour prints so you can decorate your craft space, too 🙂

How I Used My Editable Craft Room Organization Labels in My Craft Room
MATERIALS USED
- Printer
- Paper (I chose craft paper, but any kind of thick paper that your printer can take will do – like this one, this one or this creamy white pack)
- Tape (I used plain old Scotch tape)
- Scissors
After creating my templates, I downloaded the document and printed my labels.

Next, I began cutting the labels.

I then attached some Scotch tape to the back of each label.

Finally, it was time to attach my labels.
First, I attached them to my storage bins by adhering them directly onto the bins.

Then, I attached them to each drawer of my desk organizer. I did this by adhering the label to small pieces of blank card stock that I cut and slid into the front end of each drawer.

And that, my friends, was all it took to feel a little bit more organized in my new craft space 🙂

My craft bins and my desk are so much more organized and I love it!

Who knew labeling could be so much fun? No more reaching for the wrong bin or drawer for me 🙂

I hope this has inspired you to get yourself a little more organized this season. Whether it’s a craft space, a laundry room, a pantry, office or closet space, it doesn’t take much to do it.

This will make my Office work look amazing
Glad to hear it!
Hi! And thank you!!! I would like to know if I can add my own titles; Beads, Mini’s , etc and if I can change the font! I’m thinking , Yes, but I want to make sure!
You can absolutely use your own titles! However, the font cannot be changed in these sheets. It’s a really simple set of sheets. (FYI: If you are a bit more adventurous and want to try your hand at designing your own, you may want to try canva.com online – it’s a free online program that, with some basic online tutorials – YouTube is a great resource – you can design your own). Hope this helps!
