HOW TO WARP & WRAP A HOOP FOR WEAVING
I just released a small batch of Circle Weaving Starter Kits, now available in my shop in 6 beautiful colourways.
Each kit has been carefully curated with everything you need to start and complete a circle weaving of your own design ready to be hung in your home.
Click below for further details.
In time for the release, I decided to add to my original Circle Weaving for Beginners (see the Facebook Live Demo here) with a separate, in depth video tutorial specifically on setting up a circle loom.
In it, I take you step-by-step through the process of how to “warp” (i.e., set up the framework) of your circle loom or hoop.
(The “warp” is a series of strings attached to your loom that create the foundation for all those yarns that will be woven in later on).
Setting up the warp on a circle loom can appear a bit daunting (trust me, I’ve been there).
But in this video tutorial, I’m keeping it really simple by showing you how to set up the framework correctly, step-by-step.
