Our Favourites From Last Week’s Party:

The gals at Timeless Creations have done it again with this gorgeous transformation! This bold and beautiful farmhouse washstand update using milk paint really has me inspired to try this medium on some basement pieces currently collecting dust in the basement.

Mary says:  I am obsessed with improving my photography so any time I come across any posts on this subject I devour them. In this one Kari of a Graceful Life shares her photography tools with us. I also use Pic Monkey and know her tips are right on the mark. Next thing I need is a better camera!

Christina says:  I love brick walls… Tanya from Little Vintage Cottage gives us a great tutorial on how to achieve German Schmear Faux Brick Wall.

Michelle says:  I bet you’ll never guess what Lina from Sew Historically used to color that gorgeous, baby blue, icing on these yummy looking sugar cookies. Honestly, my first reaction was “WHAAAATTT, no ways?” 

Florence says:  Gail from PurpleHuesandMe shows off an interesting thrift store find she updated using a textured paint that provides the look of moss. So cool! And now she has a beautiful new planter!
