Spinning a Yarn

Although my summer ‘blog break’ has not been much of a break (still workin’ the day job – argh – while waiting to take a real vacay in the fall), it’s been nice to have a bit more time to plan out some blog ideas and to stock up on some craft supplies. Well – truth be told – so far it’s been ONE craft supply I’ve been stocking up on:

Yep, that’d be a whole pile of YARN!

I made the trip to a couple of yarn specialty stores recently – I am fortunate to have two within a half hour’s drive from home – and I just couldn’t help myself 🙂

I felt like I was on cloud 9 – that is, if that cloud was made of the softest cotton, merino wool, and blended fibres you could find 😉

But I digress!
