A few weeks ago, my husband left the house to run some errands. No sooner had he pulled out of the driveway than I heard the phone ring. “You miss me already?” I asked. “You should look out the guest room window,” he said with a snicker. I walked into the bedroom and drew back the curtains and, well, you know the rest. Apparently, one of our neighbourhood cats was getting rather comfortable on our front porch. Cheeky cat! Of course, I had to sneak back with my camera and capture the moment. This weekend, I think we ought to take our cues from our cheeky friend here: namely, to take the time to enjoy some peace and quiet this weekend – maybe even find a chair to curl up in 😉 And ALWAYS make room for some creativity.
